I knew PB was a big NWA fan, but I never thought he would drop a hip hop mixtape. The Interpol frontman released Everybody On My Dick the other day for a free download. Don’t expect to hear Banks embarassing himself with some half ass rhymes. He knows better. Sick beats by the former Julian Plenti with a few guest spots rapping. This will make excellent high guy music.

Explosions In The Sky put their epic tune “Postcard From 1952” over some cinematic visuals. Why aren’t these guys just doing everyone a favor and opening for Sigur Ros this summer? It would be nice to just knock out seeing both of them, together. Then I wouldn’t be called a “fool” by Lacey ever again.

BADBADNOTGOOD can reinterpret hip hop tracks into some dope jazzy jawns. Their newest release is them making Waka Flocka’s “Hard In The Paint” into a smooth track. I know. That’s a challenge considering how hard that beat is. On the 7″ vinyl that they put out for the Waka remake, they included an original track called “Rotten Decay”. I never questioned that these cats were creative, but hearing their own material is refreshing. Download both tracks.
